The new Client Management feature in Bocada Enterprise 5 makes assigning Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting compliance regulations a reality across the scaled enterprise. The ability to tie SLAs directly to assets provides administrators with an instant global view into whether they are meeting policy mandates. In addition, the powerful, flexible search capability allows you to quickly locate unprotected or non-compliant assets.
Asset Search and Relationship Mapping
Bocada Enterprise 5 includes numerous enhancements that allow you to map assets to logical business groupings across the large enterprise, regardless of location. The software can also automatically pick up new additions and map them to the system using previously set rules. By mapping assets to applications, departments, operating systems, priorities, regions and more, Bocada Enterprise 5 enables you to view the outcomes of data protection services against specific business priorities, hierarchies and service levels, as well as to understand specifics, such as the recoverability of a particular application or the backup services provided to each business unit.

Reports can be exported out as images (charts), HTML tables, or as
CSV files for simple integration into other reporting programs or
posting to an intranet. These same reports and formats can be published
out to the web to provide easy access to the information to data owners,
executive management or clients.
